Treatment as Prevention to Halt HIV/AIDS Epidemic: World AIDS Day

I’m thrilled that this story was posted today for World AIDS Day. The evidence is clear: Treatment as Prevention reduces HIV transmission by almost 100% and the sooner we treat everyone globally who is infected, the sooner the AIDS epidemic will be eradicated for good. It was both a privilege and an honour to interview Dr. Julio Montaner, Director of the British Columbia Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS and Past-President of the International AIDS Society.
